How do I switch between metric & imperial measurements?
The program allows you to switch between imperial (feet and inches) and metric (meters and millimeters) measurements and edit the same drawings.
Imperial Measurements
To switch from metric to imperial measurements go to the Settings tab and uncheck the check box called “Display metric units”. The program will restart and display imperial measurements in feet & inches. Check the “Hide measurement fractions” check box to hide inch fractions in your dimensions.
Metric Measurements
To switch from imperial to metric measurements go to the Settings tab and check the check box called “Display metric units”. The program will restart and display metric measurements in millimeters. If you check the check box “Display measurements in m” the program will show dimensions in meters with 2 decimal points. The “Hide mm in measurements” will round to nearest centimeter. Uncheck this check box for more precision.
