How To Create And Use Custom Symbol Library

Pro version lets you create your own custom symbols, and your own custom symbol libraries. Instead of just using the Furniture or Appliance libraries, you can load symbols from custom libraries that you have created.

What is a library? A library is just a file that contains your symbols. You create a library file by clicking on Symbols Create New Symbol Library. Once you click on Create New Symbol library, the program will ask you to type in the name for your file. Easy Blue Print will create the file for you.

To use the symbols in a symbol library:

1. Click on the dropdown box that appears when you click on the Symbols menu item.
2. Pick any symbol library file you have already created.
3. Click on the specific symbol you want to draw from drop down (which you have already been using to select specific symbols before).
4. Click in the drawing area to paste your symbol in the drawing.
