What to do if You get the error message - Easy Blue print has encountered a problem and needs to close?

Note: Make sure that you have Administrator right on your computer to install the software and when you first start the program to enter the registration information

If the problem still persist see instructions below.

Microsoft suggests using Process Monitor tool to retrieve the exact error message. It is a very useful program that you can use later on to diagnose any error that you encounter on your computer.

If you get the following error message "Easy Blue print has encountered a problem and needs to close" follow the 3 steps below.

  

Start up Process Monitor.

Click here to go to the Microsoft website. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the link Run Process Monitor.

Click on the "Save" button to download the Procmon.exe program and save it to your computerís desktop.
After the download is complete, run the downloaded file by double-clicking on it.
  

Start up Easy Blue Print. If the error does not occur on the start up run the program until you encounter the error.

To start up the program go to Start (bottom left corner on your screen) All Programs Easy Blue Print click on the Run Easy Blue Print menu.
  

Switch back to Process Monitor and press the "Crtl+S" keys or got to the "File" menu and click on the "Save" sub-menu to save the log file to your computerís desktop. Close the Process Monitor program (go to the "File" menu and click on the "Exit").

Send the saved log file to the support@ezblueprint.com.
